The hotel has a fantastic location in the city center, with a stunning view of the river. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed with comfortable beds. the staff is attentive and provides excellent service. the breakfast is varied, with a wide range of options to choose from.
The hotel bar lacks a variety of options, which can be inconvenient who want to enjoy a drink in-room without going out.

This hotel provided a really great experience - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even lending me a phone and offering to organize my transportation. The location is fantastic, situated in the centre of this city just in front of a river and close to a mall. The rooms were modern, clean and luxurious, with comfortable beds and nice extras like a Nespresso machine. Also, the breakfast was really good.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the stylish and spacious rooms were equipped with exclusive amenities and private facilities that exceeded my expectations. the spa centre and heated swimming pool were perfect for relaxation and the restaurant and bar had a great atmosphere and delicious cuisine. The location advantages were unbeatable, being in the heart of the city with easy access to transport and shopping. Cons: There was only one minor issue during my stay, which was the lack of service in the leisure/TV room. this didn't affect my overall satisfaction with this hotel.

the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. the location was really convenient, with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. I also appreciated the fitness center, which made it easy to stay active during my Christmas vacation.
I was disappointed by the lack of customer service provided. the staff seemed either understaffed or uninterested in assisting guests.

Great service, comfortable room, and delicious food. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and comfortable during my stay. The location was convenient and close to many great restaurants and transportation options. My room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a beautiful view of the city. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that were all very fresh and flavorful.
Limited amenities and poor air conditioning. Although the service and room were great, the amenities were a bit limited compared to other hotels.
